The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality professional to a Experienced Chef position at our aged care residence in Peakhurst
Preparing delicious meals for our grateful residents; this role is ideal for anyone who wants to make a real difference to those they serve each day!
Public transport accessible
Roster: Monday to Thursday 6.30 to 2.30 pm Friday 9 to 5.30 pm upto- 38 hours
What This Role Involves:
- Preparing and presenting food for our residents
- Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
- Providing fast, effective service with a positive attitude
- Preparing and presenting texture modified foods

Cater Care - Passionate about people and communities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in kitchens and food preparation in Chinese cuisine
- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (advantage)
- Previous experience in aged care or catering (advantage)
