Join Our Team as a Full-Time Chef at Cater Care Australia
Are you a passionate and dedicated hospitality professional looking to make a meaningful impact? Cater Care Australia is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Chef to join our team full-time at our aged care residence in Pittsworth, QLD.
Roster:
- Wednesday to Sunday, 38 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality meals for our residents, including texture-modified dishes
- Manage stock, including ordering, rotation, and stocktaking
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all food hygiene and safety regulations
- Deliver prompt, efficient service with a positive and engaging attitude
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the dining experience for our residents
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in kitchens and food preparation
- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (advantage)
- Previous experience in aged care or catering (advantage)
