As a Chef De Partie at Cater Care Australia, you will be an integral part of our Toowoomba team within the CCA Operations department. This Permanent - Full Time position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to showcase their culinary expertise and contribute to our renowned food service operations. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality meals in line with company standards
Contribute to menu planning and development under the guidance of senior kitchen staff
Supervise and coordinate the work of Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment
Support in stock control, ordering, and monitoring of kitchen supplies
Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations
