Job Description

As a Chef De Partie at Cater Care Australia, you will be an integral part of our Toowoomba team within the CCA Operations department. This Permanent - Full Time position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to showcase their culinary expertise and contribute to our renowned food service operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality meals in line with company standards
  • Contribute to menu planning and development under the guidance of senior kitchen staff
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Support in stock control, ordering, and monitoring of kitchen supplies
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations
