The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality professional to a permanent Cold Larder role at our aged care residence in Willagee.
Roster: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
Hours: 7.00am - 2.30pm
What This Role Involves:
- Preparing and serving meals
- Re-stocking as required
- Special diet modifications including allergies/intolerances, supplements and texture modified purees
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
- Assisting the broader team as required
- Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
- Experience in aged care or catering is an advantage but not necessary
- A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
