Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience 

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Education Sector. 
• Leadership skills with a proven track record in developing, motivating and guiding a large team  
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, creative environment and able to work well under pressure
• Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
• Financially astute, the ideal candidate will be analytical and understand how to drive commercial performance
• Meticulous organisational abilities; high attention to detail
• A passion for delivering outstanding experiences and delighting our students, clients and guests.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Food Safety Certification (mandatory)
• Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Management & customer service experience in a similar environment
• Experience or education in business or hospitality would be an advantage
