Skills, Knowledge and Experience 

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Education Sector. 
• Leadership skills with a proven track record in developing, motivating and guiding a large team  
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a creative environment
• Financially acumen, interpreting data to deliver strong commercial results
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail 
• A passion for delivering outstanding experiences and delighting our students, clients and guests.
• Food Safety Certification (mandatory)
• Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
