The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a Permanent Full-Time Chef Manager at our site in The Basin.
Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our residents and values a well-run kitchen.
Roster: Monday to Friday 7.00AM - 3.30PM
What this role involves:
Providing excellent customer service
Responsible for food preparation, including texture-modified foods
Managing bulk cooking efficiently
Ability to work independently performing various kitchen tasks
Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
Desired Skills and Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Aged care experience is a must
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Strong communication skills
