Job Description
Leading a team of 3 operations managers, across 18 Aged Care sites, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading ‘from the front’ and sees the value in being present at sites, liaising with our clients, key stakeholders and the teams involved in ensuring a smooth & efficient service delivery, whilst maintaining incredibly high standards of quality and profitability.
Responsibilities:
High level collaboration with other departments identifying areas of improvement and implementing efficiencies
Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
Ensuring high levels of compliance across compliance within health & safety
Aged Care quality & safety commission audits & accreditations
Your Background:
Previous experience within the aged care sector at an operational level
Proven track record of managing large-scale catering operations and leading diverse teams as well as chef qualifications
Significant experience operating across multi-site delivery
Strong financial acumen exhibiting exposure to budgetary controls
Exceptional communication ability and outstanding relationship management skills
