Cater Care is delighted to be working with one of the region's most prestigious schools, providing high quality food services to hungry students. Strong leadership will be the key to the success of this partnership and as such, we are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Site Manager on a permanent full-time basis.
What the role involves:
Management of all site contract-scoped catering services
Adherence to compliance and administration requirements as required
Impeccable client relationship management
Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
Full financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labour and food costs
Adherence to food & safety practices
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
Food Safety Certification (mandatory)
Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Management & customer service experience in a similar environment
Experience or education in business or hospitality would be an advantage
