Job Description
The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality professional to a Permanent Part-Time Chef position at our site in Horsham.
Preparing delicious meals for our grateful residents; this role is ideal for anyone who wants to make a real difference to those they serve each day!
Roster:
Monday to Sunday (various shifts available)
What This Role Will Involve:
Preparing & presenting foods including bulk cooking
Preparing texture-modified foods
Ability to work independently performing various kitchen tasks
Delivering excellent customer service to enhance residents' dining experiences
Maintaining food hygiene and safety practice
Desired Skills and Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in kitchens and food preparation
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Previous experience in aged care or catering (advantage)
