The Role:
Cater Care is looking for a friendly and reliable Full-Time Chef / Cold Larder to join our team at our aged care residence in Manly West, Queensland.
Roster:Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Preparing & presenting food for our residents
Support bulk cooking operations
Provide excellent customer service
Prepare and serve texture-modified foods according to dietary requirements
Perform general kitchen duties, including dishwashing
Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
Assemble cold dishes such as salads, cold starters and other cold menu items
Desired Skills and Experience
Your Background:
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a similar role
Punctuality & reliability
