The role:
Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic chef at one of our key aged care sites in Albion Park Rail.
Roster:
Monday to Friday
6am to 2.30pm
40hrs
Responsibilities:
- Preparing & presenting food for our residents
- Stock ordering, rotation, & stocktaking
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Dishwashing and Tray service
- Ability to work independently
- Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude
- Preparing and presenting texture modified foods.
Your background:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Bulk cooking experience
- Warm & friendly energy
- Punctuality & reliability
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Adherence to food & general safety practices
- NSW Food Safety Certificate
