Job Description
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned and passionate Operations Manager, in our Education division, to lead our catering operations across a small number of sites within NSW & ACT.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the catering operations across 6-8 Education facilities (there WILL be travel)
Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
Ensuring high levels of compliance across compliance within health & safety
Desired Skills and Experience
Your Background:
Previous experience within the Education sector with a clear understanding of the nuances operating within the Education sector would be highly desirable
Experience in contract catering and its requirements
Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams
Significant experience operating across multi-site delivery
Strong financial acumen exhibiting exposure to budgetary controls
Exceptional communication ability and outstanding relationship management skills
Chef qualification would be an advantage
