Cater Care is partnering with one of the region’s prestigious schools to deliver exceptional food services to students and staff. We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service from day one.
Training will begin inearly to mid-January, with the site opening shortly after. You’ll enjoy on-site parking plus easy access to public transport - with bus routes nearby making your commute simple and convenient.
Roster:Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm during school terms
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day site operations, including staff rosters, function planning, and execution
Manage all catering services as per contract requirements
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Develop, inspire, and manage a high-performing team
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, boarders, and staff
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
Experience in hospitality operations, preferably in education or boarding schools
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple sites
Strong relationship and contract management skills
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
