About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to help create a welcoming dining experience at one of our key aged care residences in East Perth, Western Australia.
Roster: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 1:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and service
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to residents and staff
- Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
- Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
- Prepare and present texture modified foods
About You
- Previous experience in kitchen assistance, food preparation, and/or customer service
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
- Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
