We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Weekend Chef to join our vibrant team at one of Cater Care’s leading aged care sites in Armadale.
In this hands-on role, you’ll do more than just cook - you’ll help create moments of comfort and connection for our residents through delicious, thoughtfully prepared meals. You’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team that takes pride in great food, teamwork, and genuine care.

Roster: Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
What You’ll Be Doing
Create and present fresh, delicious meals for residents and staff
Support daily kitchen operations and bulk meal preparation
Deliver friendly, efficient service with a smile
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen
Follow food and general safety practices
Prepare and present texture-modified foods with care and precision
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a similar role (aged care experience preferred but not essential)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
A positive attitude and passion for great food
