Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be working in a fast paced environment where attention to detail is of the utmost importance together with the ability to take ownership and accountability for your role to add real, tangible value to the business.
Our office is conveniently located just a short walk from Parramatta Station, with nearby bus connections for easy commuting.
Responsibilities:
Accounts payable and receivable
Data entry from a Point of Sale (POS) System
Assisting with sales reconciliations including Cash, EFTPOS and credit accounts
Bank reconciliations & accounts reconciliations
Processing of month end journals and ensure month end close off
General administrative duties in support of the Financial Controller
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience:
Tertiary qualified in either Accounting or Finance
Strong Excel skills including tables, data analysis etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good teamwork and time management skills
The right attitude with a willingness to learn
