Gather by Cater is looking for a reliable Part-Time Catering Assistant to join our team at an education site in Townsville.
You’ll support food preparation and service in a friendly, team-focused environment, helping create a positive dining experience. This is a great role for someone seeking consistent part-time hours.
Roster: Monday - Friday | 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
What This Role Involves
Assisting with food preparation
Customer service - serving our students and staff meals and snacks
Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
Dishwashing and maintaining clean kitchen and dining areas
Following all food safety and hygiene standards
Desired Skills and Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience in food preparation and/or customer service
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent presentation and communication skills
A friendly, positive attitude
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
