Position : Chef / Cook
Job Type : Part-Time (Friday to Sunday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm & Monday 6:00 am – 1:30 pm)
Pay : Negotiable

What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook high-quality, nutritious meals for residents
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations
- Manage kitchen operations effectively during the Friday–Monday block
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, stock rotation, and inventory control
- Ensure all dietary requirements and special requests are met with care
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (Aged Care experience is a plus)
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualification
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and texture-modified diets
- A reliable, compassionate approach and a commitment to quality service
- Ability to work the specified roster including weekends and early Monday starts
