About The Role
We’re seeking friendly, reliable Casual Catering Assistants to join our team at one of our education sites in Ipswich.
With casual opportunities available, this role is ideal for parents, students, or anyone looking for flexible, school-friendly hours in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Rosters: Various days and hours
What This Role Involves
- Assisting with food preparation
- Customer service - serving our students and staff meals and snacks
- Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
- Dishwashing and maintaining clean kitchen and dining areas
- Following all food safety and hygiene standards
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience in food preparation and/or customer service
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A friendly, positive attitude
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
