What You'll Do
- Execute the full cold larder menu from preparation through to final plate presentation.
- Uphold the values of Care and Pride by maintaining a spotless and organized station.
- Monitor ingredient quality daily to ensure only the best produce reaches our customers.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to maintain high service standards and speed.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
- Holding a current Working With Children Check is a non-negotiable for this position.
- Prior experience in large-scale catering or aged care kitchens will be highly beneficial.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to troubleshoot kitchen challenges is essential.
- Demonstrated commitment to food safety protocols ensures a high-quality output every shift.
