Job Description
What This Role Involves:
Cover shifts across multiple venues (initially Northern Beaches)
Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
Assisting the broader team as required
Regular client meetings and dietary updates
