Salary: $89k + Super
Roster: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm

We’re seeking a passionate Chef Manager to lead our new site in Walkerville. This hands-on role is about more than great food - it’s about creating comfort and connection through every meal.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the team to achieve optimal outcomes for residents
Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals for 16 to 50 short-term residents
Oversee the preparation and presentation of special dietary meals
Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations
Provide fast, efficient service while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) with several experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
Experience in contract catering (desirable)
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong communication skills with excellent time management and attention to detail
Proactive, positive approach with a genuine passion for delivering quality food
