Based at a prestigious private school in Marion, this role gives you the chance to deliver high-quality café service within a modern, state-of-the-art facility. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming café experience for students, staff, and visitors.

Roster:
Monday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve barista-quality coffee
Provide friendly, efficient customer service
Serve meals and assist with food preparation, including sandwiches, salads, and vegetables
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene, safety, and security standards
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
Skilled in making barista-quality coffee (formal qualifications a plus)
Experience as a barista in a busy café and supporting kitchen operations and service
Reliable, flexible team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt under pressure
Solid understanding of OH&S and food safety requirements
Able to perform efficiently during peak service periods
