Location: Walkerville, South Australia
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $25.85/hour + penalty rates
Rosters Available: 

  • Monday - Friday, 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
  • Saturday - Sunday, 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm

About The Role

Join the Cater Care team as a Catering Assistant at our new Walkerville site!

We are looking for a hands-on individual with a positive, can-do attitude and a happy personality to thrive in our fast-paced kitchen environment. This role involves active participation in meal preparation and service, contributing daily to a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service, always with a positive attitude
  • Assist with preparing and serving food, including meals and snacks
  • Ensure all dishes are washed and the kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and safe
  • Maintain stock levels, replenishing items as required and following meal service
  • Strictly adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in food preparation and/or customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to support kitchen operations and service delivery
  • Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and food safety standards
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
