What You'll Do
Take full ownership of the front-of-house service, ensuring every meal period runs with precision.
Act as the face of the dining hall, building positive relationships with students and academic staff.
Coordinate food preparation and tray service while maintaining an immaculate dining environment.
Lead by example across all areas, including kitchen support, dishwashing, and service area hygiene.
Uphold rigorous food safety standards and operational compliance throughout every shift.
Work autonomously to manage the workflow and solve problems on the floor in real-time.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Hold a current Food Safety Supervisor certification and a valid ACT Working with Children Check.
Bring significant experience in hospitality leadership with a focus on high-volume service.
Have a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a premium dining atmosphere.
Possess the versatility to transition seamlessly between guest interaction and operational kitchen tasks.
Display excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
