The role:
Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Permanent Part-Time Chef at one of our key aged care sites in Dee Why, NSW.
Roster:
Weekend Chef ( every Saturday and Sunday ) 10:00 am -18:30 pm

Responsibilities:
- Preparing & presenting food for our residents
- Support bulk cooking operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Adherence to food & general safety practices
- Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods
Experience in hotels or restaurants can definitely give you an edge, especially in terms of working under pressure, managing kitchen teams, and preparing dishes for large numbers of people.
Your background:
- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
