What You'll Do
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff throughout every shift
Lead food preparation and bulk cooking for a variety of nutritious meals
Prepare and oversee texture-modified foods to meet specific dietary and clinical requirements
Manage kitchen workflows independently while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Execute tray service and assist with dishwashing to maintain a seamless kitchen operation
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Possess a valid Food Safety Supervisor certification and a current Police Check
Provide proof of current Flu Vaccination as per industry requirements
Demonstrate proficiency in bulk cooking and the preparation of texture-modified diets
Exhibit the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy kitchen
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to service within the aged care sector
