What You'll Do
Execute a seamless evening service flow from tray service to final cleanup.
Manage the dishwashing station with speed and precision to clear the day’s service.
Assist the culinary team with essential food preparation to stay ahead of the curve.
Reset the kitchen to a sparkling standard so it’s ready for the morning crew.
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Current NSW Working With Children Check (or the ability to obtain one).
Exceptional punctuality with the commitment to a sharp 4:00pm start time.
Self-starting attitude with a preference for clear, independent tasks.
Physical stamina to stay active and focused for a 4.5-hour sprint.
Strong communication skills and a professional approach to service.
