Join Cater Care as a Catering Assistant at one of our key sites in Craigieburn. In this role, you will work independently and take initiative by proactively identifying tasks, solving problems, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
We are looking for someone who can anticipate needs, volunteer for duties when required, and contribute ideas to improve processes and service delivery. This role suits someone who is confident, reliable, and motivated to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service, always with a positive attitude
Assist with preparing and serving food, including meals and snacks
Ensure all dishes are washed and the kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and safe
Maintain stock levels, replenishing items as required and following meal service
Strictly adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols

About You
Proven experience in food preparation and/or customer service
Demonstrated ability to support kitchen operations and service delivery
Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and food safety standards
Reliability, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
