We are seeking a Catering Assistant to join our team on a casual basis in Horsham. This role involves assisting with food service, basic kitchen duties, and maintaining cleanliness in line with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare food, including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals
Serve meals and snacks with a high standard of customer service
Re-stock supplies, including after meal periods
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing
Set tables, plate meals, and support the Chef with general kitchen duties
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service
Contract catering experience (desirable)
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Strong presentation and communication skills
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
