Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present fresh, high-quality, nutritious meals to a consistently high standard
Support bulk cooking with efficiency and attention to detail
Contribute to the delivery of special events and formal dining experiences
Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-focused kitchen environment
Provide professional and friendly service to students, staff, and guests
Ensure strict compliance with food safety and WHS standards
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Trade qualified in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Experience in a similar role (education or bulk catering highly regarded)
Strong organisational and time management skills
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
