This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys the pace of service and takes pride in consistency and presentation, but is ready for a more structured, daytime environment with school holidays off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present fresh, high-quality, nutritious meals to a consistently high standard
  • Support bulk cooking with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Contribute to the delivery of special events and formal dining experiences
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-focused kitchen environment
  • Provide professional and friendly service to students, staff, and guests
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety and WHS standards

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

  • Trade qualified in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a similar role (education or bulk catering highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
