Job Description

The Ultimate Leadership Role: 3 Sites, 1 Vision, Unlimited Impact

Position: Site Operations Manager
Job Type: Permanent – Full Time
Location: Camperdown

Join a dynamic educational environment where your leadership directly impacts the daily lives of students and staff alike. As the primary lead across three key sites, you will blend high-level operational strategy with a hands-on approach to service excellence. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to treat these locations as their own business while backed by a national industry leader. We are looking for a dedicated manager who thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering seamless, high-quality hospitality experiences.

What’s In It For You

  • Enjoy gold-standard perks including our Relish program with exclusive deals at 450+ major retailers.
  • Join a workplace that breathes Care, Pride, and Community, offering a culture where you truly belong.
  • Reclaim your personal life with a coveted Monday to Friday schedule that keeps your weekends and evenings sacred.
  • Benefit from a "Time in Lieu" system that ensures your dedication and extra efforts are always respected and returned.
  • Secure your future with a permanent, full-time contract in a high-stability sector with an industry-leading employer.

Desired Skills and Experience

What You'll Do

  • Act as the ultimate custodian of site performance, overseeing all financial, safety, and operational outcomes.
  • Bridge the gap between management and execution by supporting the kitchen team with food prep and cleaning.
  • Navigate a diverse triple-site portfolio, ensuring each location mirrors your personal high standards of excellence.
  • Manage onsite personnel with a focus on coaching, development, and high-performance hospitality culture.
  • Ensure every compliance box is ticked, from rigorous food safety protocols to accurate financial reporting.

About You

  • Stand out as a high-accountability leader who takes 100% ownership of site activities and outcomes.
  • Bring a multi-talented background in kitchen operations, bulk cooking, and front-of-house service.
  • Hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate, RSA, National Police Check, and a current WWCC.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments where working independently is the expectation, not the exception.
  • Combine a sharp eye for financial detail with a passion for delivering an exceptional student experience.
