Cater Care is seeking a reliable and passionate Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team at an aged care facility in Toowoomba.
In this role, you’ll help prepare fresh, nutritious meals that support the health, comfort, and wellbeing of residents every day. Working within a supportive and professional team, you’ll play an important role in maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and service.

Key Responsibilities
Create and present fresh, delicious meals for residents and staff
Support daily kitchen operations and bulk meal preparation
Deliver friendly, efficient service with a smile
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen
Follow food and general safety practices
Prepare and present texture-modified foods with care and precision
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Experience as a Chef or Cook in hospitality, catering, healthcare, or aged care
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Reliable, organised, and committed to quality service
A positive attitude and genuine care for resident wellbeing
