The Role & Benefits:
This pivotal role leads our Aged Care catering operations across 6 facilities in the Hunter and Taree region. We are looking for an exceptional leader who is also a qualified Chef.
Compensation: Salary $90,000 to $100,000 plus $15,000 generous car allowance with tolls paid.
Location: Lead operations across the Hunter and Taree region, with some travel required (1 day per week in Parramatta).

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing catering operations across 6 aged care facilities.
Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Coaching and further developing the team around you.
Ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of Aged Care quality & safety commission, including accreditations.
Desired Skills and Experience
Your Expertise:
Proven experience in a leadership role within the contract catering or hospitality industry with multi-site exposure.
Chef qualification and Aged Care Experience is essential.
Strong understanding of operational and financial management.
Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams.
Exceptional communication ability and outstanding relationship management skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices, particularly within aged care and education.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
