What You'll Be Doing
Assisting our Chef with meal service
Delivering friendly and professional customer service
Serving customers in our café
Supporting food preparation, including sandwiches, salads, and vegetable preparation
Washing dishes and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment
Assisting with the preparation and service of functions and conferences
Following food safety, hygiene, security, and workplace safety procedures
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a busy café, kitchen, or catering environment
Experience supporting kitchen operations and food service
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow direction
Excellent reliability and flexibility with rostered hours
A commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
A current Full Driver's Licence
The ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
