About The Role
As our Chef, you will:
Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals for residents and staff
Assist with bulk meal preparation and daily kitchen operations
Deliver friendly and efficient service
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen
Follow food safety and workplace health standards
Prepare texture-modified meals with care and attention
Contribute to a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Experience working in a commercial kitchen
A background in aged care, healthcare, or contract catering (desirable)
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Strong time management and attention to detail
A positive attitude and genuine passion for quality food and service
