Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare and present high-quality breakfast offerings with a focus on freshness, flavour and consistency
Deliver bulk cooking and food preparation to a consistently high standard
Maintain an organised, efficient kitchen to ensure seamless breakfast service
Uphold rigorous food safety, hygiene and kitchen presentation standards
Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience

What You'll Bring
A recognised trade qualification in Commercial Cookery
Professional kitchen experience, ideally within premium catering, hotels, residential colleges or high-volume hospitality
Strong culinary skills, including bulk preparation and service
A discerning eye for presentation, quality and attention to detail
A professional, team-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
Ability to obtain the required National Police Check and Working With Children Check
