The Role:
Cater Care Retail is currently looking for a Duty Manager to join our team at Sunshine Coast Airport!
Roster:
Monday to Sunday, variable hours
What This Role Involves:
- Provide clear directions and monitor policy/procedure compliance
- Ensure food & service standards are to a high quality
- Manage staff operations including filling shifts & labour management
- Manage stock, inventory and cash
- Communicate and work alongside the management team to ensure a strong working environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to supervise staff implement leadership skills
- Cash, stock and labour control skills
- Dispute management/conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility across work days/hours
