Own the Afternoon Rush and Lead the Evening Flight in this Fast Paced Retail Role

Title: Multi Venue Duty Manager

Job Type : Permanent - Full-Time

Pay : $29.88 + late night, weekend and public holiday penalty rates

Roster: Wednesday - Sunday (12:00pm to close)

Location Cairns

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales targets, manage staff performance, and coordinate rostered breaks
  • Supervise RSA requirements and champion a strong compliance and safety culture
  • Act as the main point of contact for staff and customers, resolving issues efficiently as they arise
  • Oversee the operations of our six outlets at Cairns Airport as a hands-on Duty Manager
  • Act as the primary 'go-to' person on shift, ensuring seamless service and a high-performance culture

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

  • Current Food Safety Supervisor certification (desired)
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Valid RMLV certificate (desired)
  • Current Driver’s Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy hospitality or retail environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team under pressure
