Pay: Min 25.85 per hour to Max 30.68 (Depending on experience) + penalties

What You'll Do
- Use your culinary skills to create memorable meals for a diverse range of international travelers.
- Ensure the kitchen operates at peak efficiency during the high-pressure airport rush.
- Take total responsibility for food safety, labeling, and storage according to HACCP.
- Help train and mentor junior staff to maintain a high-performing and positive team culture.
- Keep your workspace spotless and contribute to a safe, organized, and happy kitchen environment.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
- Qualified Chef with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and a high standard of craft.
- Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster including early mornings and late nights.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- A genuine passion for the industry and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Honest, reliable, and able to meet the security requirements for an airport-based role.
