What You’ll Do

• Oversee the operations of our two outlets at Rockhampton Airport as a hands-on Duty Manager.
• Drive sales targets, manage staff performance, and coordinate rostered breaks.
• Supervise RSA requirements and champion a strong compliance and safety culture.
• Act as the main point of contact for staff and customers, resolving issues efficiently as they arise.
• Act as the primary 'go-to' person on shift, ensuring seamless service and a high-performance culture.
