Position: Food & Beverage Attendant

Pay: AUD 23–28/hr
Location: Swell Café (Sunshine Coast Airport)
Before the first flight boards, you are the one bringing the terminal to life. At Swell Café, we aren’t just serving caffeine; we are the adrenaline shot for every traveler’s journey. We need someone who brings high energy when the coffee machine starts hissing at 4:30 AM and can keep the vibes immaculate while the world wakes up. It’s fast, it’s loud, and the shift flies by—leaving you with a full afternoon of sunshine and a healthy bank account.

What You’ll Do
Keep the energy high and the coffee pouring for travelers on a tight deadline.
Manage orders and payments with speed and accuracy to keep the queue moving.
Assist with food preparation and ensure the café remains clean and aesthetic.
Maintain the highest standards of RSA and food safety protocols at all times.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Adaptable enough to pivot between the espresso machine and the till without stress.
Reliable to the core, ensuring the team is never left short-handed for a dawn start.
Current RSA holder with a solid understanding of food hygiene and safety.
Owner of a reliable vehicle and license, as public transport does not run for 4:30 AM starts.
