What You'll Do
Use your barista expertise to craft premium coffee and mentor the team in maintaining our high quality standards
Oversee daily operations while cultivating a culture of exceptional service and managing eye-catching display cabinets
Achieve sales targets, oversee staff performance, and coordinate shift breaks to ensure uninterrupted service
Uphold rigorous standards for food safety, RSA compliance, and overall workplace regulations at all times
Serve as the lead contact for both staff and patrons, resolving any concerns with professional composure and efficiency
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Proven experience in a supervisory role with the ability to lead a diverse team under pressure
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and a current Driver’s Licence with a reliable vehicle
Current Food Safety Supervisor and RMLV certifications are highly desired for this position
Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering a premium retail coffee experience
Full flexibility to work a rotation of morning and night shifts with essential weekend work
