Desired Skills and Experience

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service to travelers and airport staff in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages as a skilled barista to keep our passengers caffeinated
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness by performing dishwashing duties and clearing tables promptly
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately while managing busy queues with a positive attitude
  • Work independently to open outlets and ensure everything is prepped for the first flight of the day

About You

  • Availability to commit to 4:20 AM starts and regular weekend shifts is essential for this role
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is a mandatory requirement
  • Proven experience or qualifications as a barista with the ability to handle high-volume coffee orders
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative during quiet periods or peak transit times
  • Friendly, reliable, and well-presented with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
