What You’ll Do
Manage the end-to-end kitchen operations for the Great Northern Bar
Execute bulk cooking requirements to meet high-volume passenger demand
Maintain impeccable hygiene standards through diligent dishwashing and cleaning
Operate independently to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during peak transit times
Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with airport travelers
About You
Proven experience working in fast-paced commercial kitchens or retail food outlets
Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of the kitchen space
Expertise in bulk food preparation while maintaining high quality and consistency
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a full seven-day roster
Commitment to safety and food hygiene standards within a regulated environment
