What You'll Do
Lead and support daily retail operations while helping teams perform at their best
Deliver positive customer experiences through exceptional service and team leadership
Support kitchen activities, food preparation, and operational requirements
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety
Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Manage changing priorities and support smooth day-to-day operations
About You
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, food & beverage, or similar environments
Comfortable working Monday to Sunday across variable shifts and rosters
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable leading, supporting, and motivating teams
Current Driver's Licence required
Strong technical skills will be highly regarded
