What You'll Do
Prepare and deliver quality food that meets presentation and service expectations
Support daily kitchen operations and efficient service execution
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards at all times
Drive consistency across food production and kitchen performance
Assist with stock management and minimise kitchen wastage
Contribute to a professional and collaborative kitchen environment
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Holding a valid Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery is essential for this role.
Possessing a current Food Safety Supervisor certificate ensures the highest standard of kitchen compliance.
Having a valid Australian Driver’s Licence is required for operational flexibility across airport facilities.
Bringing proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or commercial kitchen environment.
Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a changing Monday-to-Saturday roster.
