What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and café beverages efficiently
Support food preparation and assist with kitchen operations as required
Deliver friendly and professional customer service throughout each shift
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the outlet
Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
Contribute to smooth day-to-day service across Sol Bowl and Piccolo Me
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Previous experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
Confident coffee-making skills with strong attention to quality
Comfortable supporting both front-of-house and kitchen duties
Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Strong communication and customer service capabilities
Reliable, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
