Job Description
What You’ll Do
Prepare quality coffee with the care and consistency that makes people want to come back
Give customers a genuine welcome and make them feel seen rather than simply served
Keep your station clean, organised and ready to handle whatever the day brings
Help prepare food and support your teammates across the outlet when needed
Follow food safety and hygiene standards and take pride in keeping your workplace right
Help create a positive atmosphere where customers feel welcome and the team enjoys working together
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Have previous Barista experience and understand the rhythm of a busy coffee service
Take pride in your craft and care about consistency even when the pace picks up
Enjoy the people side of hospitality and are comfortable having a genuine conversation with customers
Bring a calm, positive attitude and take pride in leaving things better than you found them
Are willing to help wherever needed and understand that hospitality is a team effort
Want to be somewhere you can build relationships rather than simply work a roster
